What is a white-label tour?
A white-label tour is a 360° walkthrough URL that carries your brokerage brand, not the vendor's. The 3D is the same; the chrome changes.
A white-label tour is a hosted 360° (or walkable) interior whose visible branding is yours — brokerage, builder, or studio — rather than the software vendor that generated it. The scene can be identical to the consumer URL. What changes is the chrome, the logo, and what a client infers about who produced the experience.
Why agents pay for it
A seller comparing two listing pitches will notice if the tour link says another company's name. Buyer-facing URLs get forwarded into group chats. Consumer branding on that link is a small tax on trust, the same way a watermark on a photo is. White-label is how a Studio-class plan turns the tour into your artifact.
White-label is not a license to hide that an image was digitally altered. The digitally altered listing image rules still apply to stills you upload to an MLS. Unbranded chrome ≠ undisclosed staging.
Example
On a free or lower plan, you send a Roomersive-branded look-around of a restyled kitchen. On Studio, the same walkthrough can go out as a link that does not present Roomersive as the listing brand. The restyle, the WASD walk, and the disclosure on the still are separate switches; branding is the one sellers notice in a pitch.
