Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roomersive("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Photos and AI-Generated Content

You upload photos of your own room, or of a room you have the right to photograph and share. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Roomersive a license to process it — including sending it to third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy) — solely to generate your restyled image, panorama, or walkable 3D world.

A restyled image, panorama, or 3D world generated from your photo ("Generated Content") is provided for your personal or business use as permitted by your plan. Generated Content is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended changes to structure, color, or detail — it is a creative visualization, not an architectural plan, a professional design service, or a guarantee of what a physical renovation would produce. Do not rely on Generated Content for construction, permitting, or any purpose requiring precision or professional certification.

You are responsible for having the right to upload any photo you submit, including any photo of a property you do not own (for example, a real estate listing) — see using Roomersive for real estate for disclosure obligations that may apply to virtually staged listing photos.

Guest try. Roomersive lets a visitor generate one restyled image without creating an account. A guest-generated photo and result are not tied to any account until you sign up and claim them; see our Privacy Policy for how long an unclaimed guest photo is retained.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Roomersive and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not affect your ownership of photos you upload or your rights in Generated Content under Section 4.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomersive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including reliance on Generated Content for a purpose described in Section 4 as unsuitable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
