Roomersive for real estate agents
Stage a listing photo, generate a 360° tour, and export an MLS-ready disclosure — from one photo, without a Matterport shoot or a $3,000 camera.
A scrolling buyer gives a listing a few seconds. An empty living room, a dated kitchen, or a seller's deeply personal furniture can kill the click before the price even registers. Physical staging and a Matterport scan both solve that — at $200–$400+ per address, a truck, and a calendar hold. Roomersive is the version of that workflow that starts from the photos already on your phone.
What agents actually do with it
- Restyle the listing photo into a style that fits the property and the neighborhood — Mid-century for a ranch, Modern Farmhouse for a newer suburban build, Coastal where the market expects it. Layout, walls, and windows stay put; only the interior style changes.
- Generate a 360° walkthrough of the restyled room. Buyers look around from a fixed point or walk the space with WASD. Share the public link; they do not need an account.
- Export an MLS-compliant image on the Studio plan. The disclosure banner and a QR code pointing at the original, unaltered photo are composited into the file itself, because the MLS will never render an overlay from your website.
Why a still is not enough on a listing
Virtual staging as a flat image is already common. The gap is the tour. Buyers who would visit an open house are being asked to imagine a restyled photo into a space they can stand in. A 360° walkthrough closes that gap without a camera crew. For city-specific listing context, see virtual staging in Austin and the other location pages.
The Studio plan is the agent tier
| Need | How Studio covers it |
|---|---|
| No watermark on client-facing tours | Included |
| HD walkthroughs | Included (40 HD / month on the advertised mix) |
| MLS digitally-altered disclosure on the image | Compliance kit — banner + original-photo link / QR |
| Tour URL without Roomersive branding | White-label tours |
| Batch upload of a whole listing | Coming soon |
Studio is $149/month. If you stage one listing a quarter, the Matterport vs Roomersive comparison is the honest read — a one-off scan can be cheaper. If you list every month, the subscription replaces a stack of per-address invoices and the restyle step a scanner cannot do.
What it will not do (yet)
- Connected multi-room dollhouse tours
- Walking from the kitchen into the hallway as one world
- Replacing a floor-plan product
Each walkthrough is one room from one photo. That is enough for the hero spaces that decide a click — living room, kitchen, primary suite — and not a substitute for a whole-home scan on a luxury listing.
Restyle a listing photo free, and the first draft 360° walkthrough each month is included. Upgrade to Studio when the MLS file and the white-label link are the things a client sees.
