InteriorAID and Roomersive both restyle a photo and can turn the result into a 3D Gaussian-splat room you walk through in the browser. That part is no longer a differentiator — InteriorAID's 3D room generator is explicit about World Labs, the same class of model Roomersive uses. Designer workflow vs household decision
InteriorAID's catalog is a designer's bench: SketchUp to photo, drawing to photo, inpainting, object removal, style transfer, then a 3D scene or a short video to send a client. If that is your job, that bench wins. Token plans (Free is 20 tokens once, Hobbyist 400/month) are sized for iterating on concepts, not for asking a partner which sofa.
Roomersive's loop is the opposite direction. You restyle the room you already live in, send a poll, and only then spend credits on a walkthrough of the winner.
